On Wednesday, October 1st, Friends of LIVE will be launching one of their biggest promotions/contests ever!! For starters, each week in October and November we will select a few “feature items.” These items will be discounted for that one week, and will be replaced each week by a new set of discounted “feature items.” Also, as an incentive to customers, we will be holding a huge contest to go along with this promotion. For every $25 you spend (before shipping & taxes) you will get 1 entry into the contest. Every Wednesday, we will randomly select 5 winners who will each win a 2001 AND 2002 FOL holiday gift. But if you don’t win that prize, no need to worry! Both the winners AND non-winners from our weekly contest entries will automatically get entered into our BIG contest. On December 1st, we will select winners from all of the contest entries received over the 2 month promotion for our Grand Prize, 1st prizes, 2nd prizes, and 3rd Prizes! What are these prizes, you ask? Well here’s the rundown:
Grand Prize (1 winner): 2 tickets and 2 meet and greet passes to a LIVE show (these tickets passes expire 12/31/04) along with a signed Throwing Copper Vinyl, and $25 in Friends of LIVE gift certificate.
1st Prize (5 winners): 2 meet and greet passes to a LIVE show (passes expire 12/31/04)
2nd Prize (10 winners): 1 copy of the limited edition/numbered 2000 Millennium Gift CD which features “Vine St” and “Sun (Loop Version).” This was given out to fans who attended the rescheduled Millennium show in Hershey, PA in February 2000.
3rd Prize (15 winners): 1 Birds of Pray Tee of choice (Maximum value: $20).
That’s almost 75 winners in all!! Your odds of winning something are very good for this huge contest!
Remember you get 1 contest entry for every $25 spent on merchandise or subscriptions at Friends of LIVE, so the more you spend the more entries you get. Also, be sure to check in each week since we will be changing the discounted items each Wednesday afternoon! This promotion will totally end on 11/30/03 at Midnight EST. Winners will be selected and contacted via email once all qualifying orders are processed. Winners for the smaller, weekly contest will be selected and contacted via email each Wednesday once all qualifying orders for that week are processed. Passes are subject to availability and may not be available for certain shows. Any returns from orders that resulted in contest entries will receive store credit to use towards a future order within 6 months of original order date (additional shipping fees may apply). No refund checks or credit card refunds can be issued on orders placed for this promotion/contest, and there are no exceptions to this rule. So what are you waiting for?
