Have I mentioned Lately that I *love* Dish network? I was digging around on their webpage tonight and found that I could get *another* DVR for free (essentially). This would solve my LAX vs. Lost problem & a host of others when Tom is recording his 1 millionth CSI of the week.

So, I called them & for $24.95 shipping & a $5.00/mo leasing fee I can replace my old upstairs receiver (by old I mean at *least* 4-5 years old, my numbers have worn off the remote!) and get a DVR. If I send the old receiver back, they'll credit my account $25 for shipping, so in essence, I'm only paying $5/mo extra. It's well worth it to stop the fights over whether The People's Court & Judge Mathis are really required daily watching and it will be nice for those times when I'm really into a movie or something upstairs but fall asleep before the end is over.
