My Rantings and Other Non-Sensical Thoughts

I saw a picture of the Empire State Building from the 30s the other day and I was just shocked at how much it towered over other buildings around it. Seeing it in modern day NYC you don't think much of it since the other buildings are almost as tall, but seeing it in it's prime you realize why it was truly a marvel:
